Innovative Immersion’s primary focus is the creation of packages tailored to each group’s needs. When Spanish professors or group leaders approach us, we spend time learning about the needs and wishes of the group. This includes questions about how many class hours and cultural activities are desired, as well as information about how many and which type of tours the leader would like to include. We also help the teacher decide on the appropriate country and language package based on the type of group, age of the students and goals in Spanish

By offering flexibility, Innovative Immersion fills an important role in providing successful immersion trips for Spanish Professors who want to provide students the opportunity to get more out of Spanish studies through experiencing the language and culture first-hand.

The most unique part of our business is the support that Professors receive. We understand that many teachers are hesitant to take on the responsibility of leading a group. Planning and making reservations takes time. Many school districts require large insurance policies. Leading a group takes a lot of planning and experience. This is why Innovative Immersion Tour Programs is so useful. We do all the work for teachers yet we still offer Professor the same perks as other companies that don’t offer the same support!

Innovative Immersion is different than other tour companies because we offer the following:

• In-Country Bilingual Trip Escorts to make everything runs smoothly. Our escorts are present on every tour and activity.
• Pre-trip presentations with brochures, videos & pertinent information such as what to pack, homestay and tour info.
• Round-trip airfare from your city.
• Transfers to and from the airport in the destination country in a private bus and drop-off of each student at his/her host family’s home.
• Spanish language classes in small-groups taught by native, university-trained instructors. Classes are tailored to the group’s needs and goals. Small graduation ceremony is offered upon completion along with a certificate of participation.
• Daily Cultural classes such as Salsa dancing, cooking, video-showings & conversation hour
• Assignment in a homestay with families which provide a unique opportunity to practice Spanish
  Daily pick-up and drop-off of each student by private bus to ensure everyone arrives safely & timely in the case of our youth trips
• Most meals included: varies a little depending on the destination country but is at least 2 meals daily
• Daily Visits to National Parks, nearby cities, museums and other exciting & educational points of interest
• Weekend tours: all tours include transportation by private bus, most meals, hotel, entrance fees, activities & tours at the site
• Insurance requirements provided for each traveler as specified by the school district
